AIDCO Was established in Sept.2000 with the focus on supply parts and press components for Iran Khodro, including various front cradles and G3 parts of Peugeot 206. With the God’s help and through conformity with the Iranian strategic policies and goals in field of automobile industry, the company has contributed a lot in growth and development. Now, after several years of continuous effort and trial and looking forward the high horizon of the industry we’re trying to develop and realize this important goal.
Leadership on automobile parts and press components in field of production, engineering and trading in order to be present in domestic and overseas markets has been always regarded as the main activity of the company. Upon this policy the company has committed itself to perform the following: providing the quality services and products for customers, realizing the revenues and productivity of shareholder’s resources, fair and profitable bilateral relationships with the commercial partners, developing the human resources, observing the social rights. In the said direction the company has reached to the following successes:
1 – Obtaining ISO TS 16949:2002 certificate.
2 – Establishing Sapco 86 Quality System and reception the Grade A.
3 – Increasing total productivity of system through 6 Sigma – based projects.
4 – Establishing SUR system for parts production (Survey plan – UEP – Reactivity).
5 – Establishing EFQM model (obtaining 2 stars certificate from the Institute of studies, Productivity &     Human Resources).
6 – Establishing quality system and obtaining Grade C from Renault Pars Co.
7 – Establishing quality system and obtaining Grade B from Sazeh Gostar Saipa Co.
8 – Establishing quality system and obtaining Grade A from Behengam Afarin Saipa Co.

Press Lines:
Aidco Press has the following equipments:

Factory 1 (Baharestan industrial Town, Qazvin – Karaj highway)
Three Schuler – G3 tandem press lines with Max. Tonnage of 630 ton, equipped with robotic automation and optical centering device for capability of feeding two blank at the same time (side by side and same thickness) One Erfurt – G3 press line with Max. tonnage of 500 ton.
One hydraulic and mechanical press line with Max. tonnage of 250 ton.
Two coil to press feed lines with Max. Strip width of 600 and 1300mm.
One cut to length line for supporting the press lines.

Factory 2 (14th Km of Karaj Old Road, Opposite Melli Shoe)
 Two Erfurt – G2 press lines with Max. Tonnage of 800 ton.
The company has several projects under execution such as: G3 press parts of Peugeot 206 and 405, front cradle of Peugeot 206 and 405, UAZ dashboard, the fuel tanks of Roa and Bardo , the engine’s under tray of Tondar 90, G4 and G5 parts of Nissan Van, G2 and G3 parts of Pride and various press components of said cars. Annual capacity of this lines is 100,000,000 strokes. Also, the company has several production projects under execution such as G2& G3 parts of Pride’s Van (S151) and fuel tank of Tondar 90.

Assembling line of 405 and 206 Peugeot


Front cradle is one of the chassis’s parts that have a critical task in direct connection with suspension system, driving force and steering gear. This part has high standard for safety and because of its vital role in safety of passengers and the automobile; it’s included among of Class A parts. The vicinity of part with the road surface and the damp & corrosive space, it requires special predictions in order to prevent its corrosion and oxidation. Therefore, it’s covered with a layer of electro deposition painting. In some parts electrogalvanized sheets are used because of forming limitations in full painting of the part.
 Because of its function, this part requires a specific strength. So, it should be passed several complex tests after being painted such as fatigue test, Destructive test and 3d Measurement test (CMM). In addition to current control procedures in production, it must pass Q631000 safety standard requirements. Therefore, in order to reach the strength index and decrease its weight as an important factor in design, the present form of front cradle was obtained as a specific design. Front cradle of Peugeot 405 may be also used in other Peugeots type such as SLX, GLI, Pars and Samand.
Front cradle of Peugeot 206 can be used in all types of this automobile that are produced in Iran.
Front cradles of Peugeot 206 and 405 Production Lines have an annual separate capacity of 250,000 RAMs in two working shifts through modern robotic equipments and the up – to – date information and technology. With the certification of French Peugeot Company, Aidco Press can supply front cradle of Peugeot 206 for Iran Khodro Co. and also, it can export this part to the other countries through obtaining ISAR – ISO from and Q631000 standard of French AFAQ Company.  


The robotic Assembling line of 405  Peugeot was equipped with:


1. Twelve kuka robots.
2. Six Turn Table devices.
3. Two 250 ton hydraulic presses.
4. Three grippers.
5. Four  Projection welding stands.
6. Four  spot welding  stands.
7. One stud welding  stand.
8. One punching unit.
9. One marking unit.
The robotic Assembling line of 206  Peugeot was equipped with:
1. Nine kuka robots.
2. Three Turn Table devices.
3. Two grippers.
4. One  Projection welding stand.
5. Four  spot welding  stands.
6. One stud welding  stand.
7. One punching unit.
8. One marking unit.


Cathode electrophoresis painting line:


This line is suitable for painting various parts of the Renault and Peugeot productions that has these companies' standards and also other international standards.
Surface preparation process is designed so that the piece is totally degreased at first  then surface activate applied to it and finally phosphate coating applied to the surface. After applying a three cationic (zinc, nickel, manganese) phosphate coating the parts washed with distilled water and goes to the cataphoresis  painting step. In this step, by an electrical way, black epoxy paint with about 20 ± 2 microns thickness was applied on surface. The Painting layer is at least able to 700 hours of corrosion resistance in Salt spray test that applied to it.
 High efficiency in material consumption, uniform and continuous thickness, environmentally coincidence because of small quantities produce of Volatile organic compound (voc) and hazardous air pollutants (haps) are the other advantages of this painting method.
Also this line with the equipped laboratories can does many tests in accordance with customer demand. Immersion in water test, salt spray test and impact and bending tests are some of these tests.
The painting capacity of the line in one year and for three shifts is 1,000,000 square meters.

Assembling lines (ROA Peugeot fuel tank, Bardo van and body subgroups)


In order to increase the quality and quantities of products and customer satisfaction, most of the products are assembled and delivered to the costumer.
These assembling lines are consisting of:
1. ROA Peugeot fuel tank assembling line.
2.Bardo van fuel tank assembling line.
3. Body subgroups assembling lines of the SAMAND, 405 Peugeot, ROA Peugeot and Dashboard of the UAZ.
The product capacity in two shifts for each of these lines is 1000 pieces.
The fuel tank assembling line (ROA Peugeot fuel tank, Bardo pickup) is equipped with:
1. One 1.5 KW band saw device.
2. One forming tube machine.
3. One 60 ton hydraulic press.
4. Two 32 KVA Spot welding gun devices.
5. One 42 KVA Spot welding gun device.
6. Four Oxyacetylene Welding stands.
7. Three 150 KVA seam welding machines.
8. Three water test stations.


The body subgroups assembling line is equipped with:


1. One 250 KVA Projection welding device.
2. One 160 KVA Projection welding device.
3. Six 150 KVA Projection welding devices.
4. Two 75 KVA Projection welding devices.
5. One 60 KVA Spot welding gun device.
6. One 42 KVA Spot welding gun device.
7. One 30 KVA Spot welding gun device.
8. Two Co2 welding devices.

The CNC wire bending machine type Robomac 216TF from French company (Numalliance) including:


- 1 powered payoff controlled by the Robomac, type D 2000N NA, for coils up to 2 500 kg
- 1 Wire straightener type DF 14/7 for wire 9 - 16 mm,
- 1 Wire straightener type DF 5/7 for wire Ø 3 - 6 mm,
- 1 Set of feed rollers for Ø 12 & Ø 15 mm
- 1 Set of feed rollers for wire Ø 3 & Ø 10 mm
- 4 Sets of tooling for wire Ø 3 – 10 – 12 – 15 mm
 

Wagon Metal Assembled Parts Production Line (one and two floors wagons for the Tehran metro)

With the aim of developing activities and entrance to the other markets and from year of 1387, AIDCO Press contracted with Tehran Wagon manufacturing co. The purpose of this contract is produce metal assembled parts of one and two floors wagons for the Tehran metro and through this mission, this company was achieved to the high quality action score and also with the customer satisfaction in high levels.
